Booking Terms & Conditions

At the time of booking with Dolci & Co, you acknowledge that you are accepting your quote along with the terms and conditions stated below.

We require a deposit of $150 to secure your date. Once the deposit is received, you date is locked in with us.

Cancellations for any reason any time before the event will incur a loss of your booking deposit of $150.

Changes to venue or location of the cart within a venue or private residence may need a Gelato cart change due to access to the new area. This will be fully communicated if this change is needed

If your invoice has been paid in full and you wish to cancel before your date booked, we will issue you with a Dolci & Co credit voucher which can be used for any future events with us. Date changes won’t result in loss of fees as long as we are available for the new date of your event. We are more than happy to work with you to accommodate new dates and times.

Payment Options

You will receive an invoice from Square. There are 2 payment options available.

  1. If you wish to do a direct bank deposit, (No Fees) our bank details are noted on the invoice. Payment amounts will be shown in this section. Please state your invoice number in the reference section.

  2. If you wish to pay using the square invoice, this will incur a 2.2% surcharge fee (Amex, Visa & Mastercard) of the total invoice. This amount will be noted on a separate line on your invoice.
