Please note:

Herb requires a flat surface to set up and serve on. Bear in mind that stairs and narrow pathways are very difficult for Herb the Travelling Trike to navigate, so please check with us beforehand if the area/venue is suitable - we can usually find a way to make it work!

  • What does the pricing include?: Travel within a 50km radius of North Brisbane. For events outside this radius, a travel fee applies
     
  • Can Herb stay longer?: Regular serving time is one and a half (1.5) hours of service, if additional time is required a fee of $30 per half hour will apply.
  • How do I confirm my booking?: A $150 deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining amount is due 28 days before your booked date in order for us to pay our beautiful suppliers. At this time we will ask for the 3 flavours you have selected for Herb to serve at your event.

  • What happens after my booking is confirmed?: A booking form and flavour menu will be sent to you.
  • Can I have the event on council land?: We would need a copy of the relevant paperwork/license stating we are allowed to operate and serve food there.
